Shaolin Kung Fu is a brilliant pearl in Chinese traditional culture. Originating from the Shaolin Temple on Mountain Song, it has developed and evolved over 1,500 years. Initially, it was practiced by monks to strengthen their bodies and protect the temple. Absorbing the advantages of various schools of Kung Fu and integrating Zen of Buddhism and other philosophical thoughts, Shaolin Kung Fu has gradually formed a complete and unique martial arts system. It encompasses a wide range of categories: the swift and fierce Shaolin boxing characterized by its expansive movement and closing movement and tremendous strength in every punch; the changeable and unpredictable Shaolin stick-fighting with which the monks chop, sweep, and stab , being proficient in both attack and defense; Dao technique, Qiang technique, Jian technique, hard Qigong and Qing Gong.

The Shaolin monk warriors are the devoted inheritors and practitioners of Kung Fu. When they are children, they entered the Shaolin Temple and embarked on a rigorous cultivation with their devotion to Buddhism and passion for martial arts. Every day, as dawn approaches, the temple resonates with the shouts of monk warriors as they practice Kung Fu. They, in the courtyard and in front of the main hall, meticulously repeat their moves, practicing horse-riding stance, Shaolin boxing, and Kung Fu weapon drills, undeterred by severe cold or intense heat. Through their everyday practice, they hone their willpower and gain insights into the realm where Zen and Kung Fu are integrated in every move.

The Shaolin monk warriors also bear the responsibility and mission of imparting and inheriting China's millennia-old Kung Fu. They not only diligently study Kung Fu in the temple but also disseminate Shaolin Kung Fu worldwide. They have participated in various Kung Fu exchange activities abroad, and shown their exceptional skills on the global stage. Their superb talents have amazed foreigners, making Shaolin Kung Fu a prominent ambassador for China's cultural exchanges with the world. Through their performance, they elucidate the resilient, wise, and peaceful spiritual connotations of Shaolin Kung Fu,  helping more people understand that Chinese Kung Fu are not merely combat techniques but an art that fosters self-cultivation.
